To develop a series of online learning modules that would be used as the key element of a blended learning approach to teaching workplace behavioural skills.
We provided a set of modules that were tailored to different audience groups, on the topics of Online reputation, organisation and timekeeping, productivity, taking responsibility, and study skills.
The online learning consisted of interactive elements, activities and quizzes to check the immediate learning. We also produced accompanying workbooks which the learners would use to apply, and reflect on, the learning, helping them to retain what they had learned in completing the online learning.
