The Business Development Manager role is pivotal to achieving the continued success of our business across both consultancy and eLearning offerings, which has seen continued growth and success since we started in 2016.

As Business Development Manager, these things will matter to you too – you will become a face for the business and continue to develop our reputation as a trusted partner.
This is a really exciting role if you are looking to get involved in all aspects of business development, including bid and proposal writing, marketing, relationship building and involvement in business strategy and growth planning. We are a close-knit team that has continued to grow and improve, especially over the last 2 years. What will you be doing?
This is the perfect opportunity for an individual that is looking to place their energy and enthusiasm into taking us from established small business to scale up, working directly with the co-founders of the company to increase market share and to position us as the first-choice provider of L&D consultancy and e-Learning.
We are not looking for someone to treat this as a job – we are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to treat this as an opportunity. You will be leading our business development efforts across all business functions – working to identify and qualify new business leads and taking them through to commercial and contractual negotiation. You will come prepared with ideas of how to improve our business development activities, and take it upon yourself to ensure that all opportunities to engage with potential clients are explored.
You will apply yourself to putting in place approaches and processes that support the continued growth and expansion of the business, focusing on new and existing avenues to engage new leads and existing clients. Once you fully understand the business (for which you will receive full training), we will also be looking for you to inform of potential market opportunities, and how the business can evolve to make the best of these.
