This resource pack provides you with guidance to carry out a personal development review (PDR) with your employees.

A PDR helps both the employer and the individual to understand, and plan, how that individual can make their best contribution to the business. It will identify development support needs and inform L&D investment, and plays a vital role in employee engagement.

Who is it useful for?

This template can be used as part of your organisation’s employee review process. It should be used as the primary document for recording one to one PDR discussions between managers and their employees.
