Skills review workshop

A workforce skills review allows you to build an understanding of the skills requirements within your business and how these requirements are currently being met.

During the skills review workshop, you will de-construct the activities of your business and identify the skills attached to these, giving you a baseline of the skills actually needed within your business. This information can then be used to inform your recruitment, training and development plans.

These fully facilitated sessions will be supported by an expert in competency planning and skills gap analysis. You will be provided with templates and guidance which will be used within the workshop and can be used again in future planning sessions.​
