This template will support you in planning your move from offline training to online learning. You will identify the specific requirements of your online learning, as well as best practice and lessons learned from your existing provision. The template also includes a basic storyboard for you to plan your online learning content.
This activity should be completed by those with responsibility for training planning, design and development. It can be used in the first stage of planning to support your L&D business case and budget planning for moving learning online. It can also be used once budget has been assigned and you are designing your new training resources.
